This policy covers two separate things: (A) cancelling and refunding a Dafaaly subscription, and (B) cancelling bookings and orders with businesses and refunding what is paid to them. It is part of the Terms and Conditions.
A. Dafaaly subscription
1. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription or its automatic renewal at any time. The paid features stay active until the last day of the paid period, then your page returns to the free plan and its content is kept.
2. When you get a refund
- 14-day money-back guarantee: you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of any subscription payment, with no conditions and no reason needed.
- Automatic renewal: the same guarantee applies to every renewal: you can ask for a full refund of the renewal within 14 days of its date.
- Payment errors: a duplicate payment, a wrong amount, or a subscription that could not be activated because of a fault on our side is refunded in full.
3. When no refund is given
After 14 days from the payment date we do not refund the remaining period. You can cancel the renewal at any time and the features stay active until the end of the paid period. This is without prejudice to any right the law gives you.
4. How to ask for a refund
Email info@dafaaly.com with your page link, your registered email and the payment reference. We reply within 5 working days. The amount goes back through Paddle to the original payment method, and banks and payment providers may need a few extra days to show it. You can also ask Paddle for a refund directly at paddle.net.
B. Bookings and orders with businesses
5. Who sets the terms
Each Business Owner sets their own cancellation, rescheduling, deposit and no-show terms, which must be clear before you book or order. Please check them before confirming.
6. Cancelling and rescheduling
Your booking confirmation includes a link to cancel or change the appointment within the period the Business Owner allows. After that period, or if you do not attend, the Business Owner may treat the booking as used or the deposit as non-refundable under their published terms.
7. If the Business Owner cancels
If the Business Owner cancels the booking or cannot provide the service, you are normally entitled to choose another time or get back what you paid them, under their terms and the law.
8. Refunds of amounts paid to a Business Owner
Amounts you pay a Business Owner (online, CliQ, transfer or cash) go to them directly; Dafaaly does not receive or hold them. Refunds must therefore be requested from the Business Owner, and are made by the method you paid with where possible. If you cannot reach an agreement with them, write to us and we will try to help with the communication; we may act against pages that receive repeated complaints.
9. Disputing a payment
If you notice an incorrect or unauthorised payment for a Dafaaly subscription, write to us first with its details (date, amount and reference) so we can fix it quickly. If it concerns an amount you paid a Business Owner, contact them or the payment provider you used.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy and publish the new version here with its last-updated date; changes do not apply to payments made before they are published unless they are in your favour. This policy is governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Contact: info@dafaaly.com.
